Dad is still doing better. Since his condition has progressed positively, the hospital moved him from the Surgical Intensive Care Unit today into what they call the "Step-Down Unit", a middle-ground between SICU and a regular hospital room.
He again was out of bed and sat in a chair. He also ate some peaches today but refused a traditional dinner plate. Have to make up for all those lost desserts!
Tonight we are supposed to get 12-15 inches of snow therefore Shirley was the only family visitor today as she went early. Thanks for the update Shirley!
While the weather outside may be blustery, we are hoping that our weather is starting to clear...
