Dad's pain medicine dose was reduced again this morning. He did have his eyes open for a period of time but there was no recognition in them; his body is still dispensing with the sedative that keeps him under. There were no other significant changes.
Hopefully tomorrow we will be able to say hi to Dad and he will say hi back.
