Jan 25 update
Today was a tiny step of improvement over yesterday. The doctors are still hoping to remove the ventilator Friday and he is still off of the dialysis machine. Although he is still in a lot of pain, Dad was able to sit in a chair today, the first time out of bed since he arrived at the hospital!

Great to hear your (sort of) up and about! You're always in our prayers. I think about you every time I see my "Jesus is the Rock" rock!
